Relationships Motivate – Fatloss Helps!!
Now there’s an interesting thought - relationships motivate. Think about it though. When you are first in love (pity it doesn’t always last longer) you are motivated to do a LOT of things. You may be motivated to lose weight, grow your hair longer, dress better, read more or work harder. It’s the relationship with another that is the motivating factor. The real question is what happened to self-motivation?
If you have no self-motivation what do you amount to? If you need others to motivate you, what will you do if that person is no longer there? Could you follow a fatloss program such as Fatloss for idiots or do you need someone to do that for you? Or if you no longer like and respect that person, what would happen? Serious thoughts well worth chewing over if you expect to make something of yourself FOR yourself and not someone else.
